Responsibilities
As an Admin Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with the CEO and support him with his daily schedule, travel arrangements, meetings, and correspondence.
- Manage the office supplies, equipment, and facilities, and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Handle the payroll, invoicing, accounting, and budgeting processes, and liaise with external vendors and partners.
- Coordinate and organize internal and external events, such as staff meetings, webinars, conferences, and workshops.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
- Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful as an Admin Assistant, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles, preferably in the technology or media industry.
- A proficient and fluent command of the English language, with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- A strong knowledge of and experience with various office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, etc.

Responsibilities
As an IT Representative, you will:
- Provide technical support and assistance to the staff and users of TechNews, including troubleshooting, installing, configuring, and updating hardware, software, and network devices.
- Monitor and maintain the security, performance, and availability of the TechNews website and servers, and ensure regular backups and data recovery.
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures, such as password management, access control, and data protection.
- Research and recommend new IT solutions and technologies to enhance the efficiency and functionality of TechNews.
- Collaborate with the IT Director and other IT staff to plan and execute IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful as an IT Representative, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in IT support, administration, or management, preferably in the technology or media industry.
- A solid knowledge of and experience with various IT systems, platforms, and tools, such as Windows, Linux, WordPress, AWS, Google Cloud, Office 365, etc.
